Art Happening at The Space (Shelburne)

A Pop-up Art Happening took place at The Space:Meet.Work.Create in Shelburne, NS on September 27.

There were various creativity stations: messy play for kids, rock painting, art with nature, rug hooking, making bookmarks, community storybook, face painting, music corner, poerty on the wall and an reiki/energy work room. 

Also, we began the planning process for three outdoor murals.  A future Art Happening will take place in Spring 2015 to paint the murals and host other creativity stations for people of all ages.

It was a great success with many community members and visitors taking part in our first Art Happening!
